Refund Policy – Skills by Upsurge
At Skills by Upsurge, we are committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences through Live Workshops, Mentorships, and Courses. As a policy, all purchases made on our platform are non-refundable. However, refunds may be granted under the following exceptional circumstances:
Refund Eligibility
Platform Access Issues
- If a user is unable to access a purchased Live Workshop, Mentorship, or Course due to a technical issue on our platform, and the issue remains unresolved for more than 7 working days after the complaint is raised, a refund will be processed.
Duplicate Payment
- If a customer mistakenly makes a duplicate payment for the same offering, the excess amount will be refunded via the original payment method.
Event Cancellations
- If Skills by Upsurge cancels a scheduled Live Workshop or Mentorship program, eligible participants will receive a full refund.
Non-Refundable Scenarios :
- Failure to apply a discount or coupon code at the time of purchase.
- Missing or skipping a Live Workshop or Mentorship session due to personal reasons.
- Change of mind after purchasing a Course, Workshop, or Mentorship.
- If an event is rescheduled from the organizer’s end
Refund Processing
If a refund request meets the eligibility criteria, it will be processed within 7 working days from the approval of the request.
